Pagani celebrates 10 years of Huayra with the BC Pacchetto Tempesta

Pagani is known for its absolutely stunning designed supercars and the Huayra is one of them. While many are not aware of this gorgeous supercar, Pagani attempts to take the limelight with the BC Pacchetto Tempesta anniversary edition. The Pacchetto Tempesta is based on the Huayra R and gets a host of aero changes for better performance. The new front splitter with dedicated air intake and a new rear wing improves the aerodynamic efficiency.

Pagani Huarya BC Pacchetto Tempesta also gets a new suspension for better comfort and performance. The new six-piped exhaust sounds melodious and can be muted with soft driving mode. Powering the Huarya BC Pacchetto Tempesta is a 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged V12 that pumps out 827PS and 1,100 Nm of torque. Pagani has also worked heavily on the interiors but no pictures of the same have been published.

Pagani also showcased the key components of the Huayra at the Monterey Car Week. On display will be the Pagani V12-R naturally aspirated engine, 6-speed sequential gearbox engineered in collaboration with HWA and the ultra-light carbon-titanium monocoque chassis.

At the event, Pietro Berardi, CEO of Pagani North America said, "Passion and the continuous desire to go beyond our limits are some of the values that Pagani and Pirelli have shared for over 10 years in one of the most fruitful partnerships in the automotive world. Over the last years with Pagani we have implemented several research and development projects, always focused not on only maximum performance but also the new quality and safety standards: from the first record beaten in 2010 with a Pagani Zonda R on Pirelli P Zero at the Nürburgring, the iconic German racing track, to the use of Formula 1 modelling to develop the P Zero Trofeo R tyres for the new Pacchetto Tempesta for the Huayra BC. Last but not least, just a few months ago, on the legendary Spa-Francorchamps racing track, the record set by the Roadster BC equipped with specially developed P Zero Trofeo R tyres set a milestone in the history of "Motor Valley" supercars. With the new slick tyres, specially developed for the Huayra R, the outlook looks much brighter for the years to come!".
