Skoda Slavia and Kushaq gets new variants this festive season
Skoda Auto India has announced two new variants to its very successful vehicles in India, the Kushaq Onyx Plus and the Slavia Ambition Plus. The Kushaq Onyx Plus is available in two colours and a single transmission option while the Slavia Ambition Plus is available with both automatic and manual transmission.

Skoda Kushaq Onyx Plus 1.0 TSI: 11.59 lakh
Skoda Slavia Ambition Plus 1.0 TSI MT: Rs 12.49 lakh
Skoda Slavia Ambition Plus 1.0 TSI AT: Rs 13.79 lakh
The Kushaq Onyx Plus is outfitted with all-new R16 Grus alloys and a Window Chrome Garnish. Chrome is now used on the front grille ribs and the trunk garnish at the back. The 1.0 TSI engine will power the Onyx Plus, which will be coupled to a manual gearbox. The Kushaq Onyx Plus will be available exclusively in Candy White and Carbon Steel.
The Slavia Ambitious Plus comes with a chrome kit for the front grille, lower door, and rear garnish. Furthermore, with the latest upgrade, the Slavia now has a built-in dashcam in all colour combinations.
Mechanically, the Slavia Ambitious Plus and Kushaq Onyx Plus variant is only available with the 1.0-litre TSI petrol motor. The motor is tuned to produce 115PS and 178Nm of peak torque with the manual unit.
Both the Kushaq and Slavia are built for India on the MQB-A0-IN platform. Both vehicles have been critical in assisting the company in consolidating its market position with the best-ever sales performance in 2022. Furthermore, both vehicles have received several honours for receiving a complete 5-star rating from the Global NCAP. Skoda Auto India is the first Indian platform to receive a full 5-star rating under GNCAP's stringent testing requirements.
