Rolls-Royce Dawn, Wraith and Cullinan Black Badge cars get Neon Nights variants, limited to three each
Rolls-Royce has spruced up the more dynamic Black Badge versions of the Dawn convertible, the Wraith coupe and the Cullinan SUV with brightly-coloured Neon Nights variants. This special run of cars follows the ones from the Pebble Beach Pastel Collection in 2019, and are inspired by bright colours found in nature. These cars will also be extremely rare, only three examples of each will be built.
This edition of the Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge comes finished in Lime Rock Green. This luminous green paint is inspired by the Australian green tree frog, Rolls-Royce Bespoke Paint Specialist Sami Coultas was inspired to choose this colour from a personal encounter with one of these amphibians. The interior of this car is done up in Scivaro Grey leather, with matching green highlighting.
For the Rolls-Royce Dawn Black Badge, a shade of red inspired by the flowers of '?hi'a lehua, an evergreen tree native to Hawaii, was chosen. This Eagle Rock Red is complemented with Selby Grey leather with Koi
Red stitching and piping. The chosen colour for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge is Mirabeau Blue. This colour is inspired by the marks on the wings of the Periander metalmark, an exotic butterfly species native to Central and South America. A contrasting Arctic White leather interior with Lime Rock Green accents is paired with this. All the three paint themes have a neon glow to them, an effect achieved by light distortion.
For Black Badge cars, the Spirit of Ecstasy is finished in high gloss black chrome. The grille and Rolls-Royce badges are also finished in this trim. Further, Black Badge cars feature a more reactive suspension set-up and come with bumped up power outputs.
