Nissan Tekton unveil on February 4
The Nissan Tekton was first showcased last year in October and now the brand has confirmed that it will fully reveal the SUV on February 4, 2026.

The brand teased a couple of images that gave a fair idea of what the Tekton will offer in terms of looks. The silhouette of the Nissan Tekton shows an angular design theme, with a butch face and rugged look. The exterior elements include LED DRLs, split headlamp setup with vertical LED clusters, and a lightbar that runs the width of the car.
The side profile gets a 'Double-C' shaped accent on the front doors, a strong shoulder line, pull out door handles, and flared wheel arches that add to the rugged look of the SUV. At the rear, the C-SUV features a red illuminated lightbar, 'C-shaped' dynamic tail-lamps, and an integrated spoiler that completes the look.
In terms of features, we can expect a digital driver's dash, wireless smartphone connectivity, ventilated seats, 360-degree camera, ADAS suite, premium upholstery, wireless phone charging, automatic climate control, a sizeable touchscreen infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay to name a few.
In terms of powertrain, the Tekton and the upcoming Renault Duster, they both are built on the CMF-B architecture. We can expect petrol, mild-hybrid and strong-hybrid engine options for the Tekton. We can also expect the top variants to be offered with AWD configuration.
The lower variants are likely to be using the 1.0-litre turbo petrol unit that powers the outgoing Nissan Magnite. This engine coupled to a manual transmission pushes 100 PS at 5,000 rpm and 160 Nm of peak torque at 2,800-3,600 rpm.
Upon launch, the Nissan Tekton will lock horns with the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Tata Sierra to name a few.
