KTM 390 Adventure with spoke wheels and adjustable suspension launched at Rs 3.6 lakh
A few months ago, KTM India revealed a teaser of the long-awaited 390 Adventure with spoke wheels via its social media handles. However, even before its launch, the firm introduced the more affordable and accessible 390 Adventure X and another low-seat variant, called the 390 Adventure V. More to the point, KTM India has finally launched the much-awaited 390 Adventure with fully adjustable front USD forks and spoked wheels at Rs 3.6 lakh making this the most expensive of the 390 Adventures.
The most important changes to the bike are compression and rebound-adjustable USD front forks with a preload and rebound-adjustable monoshock. This suspension configuration should allow the user to adjust the springs according to his or her riding style and preferred terrain. The bike also has 19-inch front and 17-inch rear anodized, black, aluminium spoked wheels wrapped on Metzeler Tourance tyres.
The spoked wheels and tubeless tyres will assist improve the bike's off-road capabilities, since it can now be ridden on rough terrains without worrying about the wheels, as with prior alloys. With front rebound and compression adjustability and rear preload and rebound flexibility, you may tailor the bike to your specific demands. At the back, you may adjust the rebound by 20 clicks and the preload by 10 stages.
Powering the KTM 390 Adventure spoke wheels version will be the 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 44PS at 9,000rpm and 37Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. It is coupled to a six-speed gearbox.
Aside from LED lighting, the KTM ADV has a TFT screen with all of the readouts you need, including a speedometer, trip meter, odometer, fuel level readout, tachometer, engine temperature, and smartphone connectivity. A quick-shifter, traction control, cornering and off-road ABS, and riding modes are among the rider aids available. The major new addition to this variant is a new Rally Orange colour.
