After having witnessed quite a few renders of the 2022 facelifted Hyundai Venue, Hyundai Motor India Ltd has now confirmed that they will launch the updated car on June 16.

A new radiator grille with chrome accents has been added to the Hyundai Venue facelift. It now has a rectangular air dam with a skid plate beneath, but the split headlamps are still present.

The redesigned Venue features new L-shaped LED tail lights with a light bar that spans the width of the at the back. The rear bumper has been updated as well, with a black insert and position lighting on both sides.

The updated Hyundai Venue will most likely have the same engine options as the present model. A 1-litre turbo petrol with 118PS and 172 Nm, a 1.2-litre petrol with 82PS and 115 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel with 99PS and 240 Nm are among them. A 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission are available and will most likely continue on the facelift.

On the inside, there won't be any major change but we do expect a few minimal tweaks around the cabin.

Commenting on the announcement, Unsoo Kim, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said, "As the leading mobility solutions provider, Hyundai has been setting new benchmarks in India with the introduction of blockbuster products. Through our vision of 'Progress for Humanity' we have continued to elevate customer experiences and induced the rapid adoption of globally contemporary technologies. Indian customers have showcased their love and trust in Hyundai, making us the most sold SUV brand of 2020 and 2021. At Hyundai, we will continue to excite our most loved customers with unique and exciting products and I am glad to announce the launch of the new Hyundai VENUE in June this year.
