Renault Kiger gets a new XT(O) variant priced at Rs 7.37 lakh

Today marks the tenth anniversary of Renault India's activities in the country. The occasion was marked by the debut of a new RXT (O) model of the newly introduced Renault Kiger and numerous enticing schemes and incentives for all existing and future customers.

The new Kiger RXT(O)'s unique three-LED front appearance, along with 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and radiant red dual tone colour, adds to the 's stunning look. The RXT(O) will also have a PM2.5 advanced atmospheric filter to ensure optimal air quality within the cabin. The wireless smartphone replication capability has been expanded to the RXT(O) version, allowing passengers to connect their cellphones to the 8-inch display link floating touchscreen, enhancing the entire smart cabin experience.

The Kiger takes part in a very competitive segment with the Nissan Magnite, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, and Toyota Urban Cruiser in this compact SUV category.

The Renault Kiger RXT(O) will be offered in both manual and automatic transmissions with a turbo petrol engine that produces 101PS and 160Nm of torque. Kiger RXT(O) will begin taking reservations on August 6th, 2021.

The RXT(O) variant is said to start from Rs 7.37 lakh.

Renault has announced the 'Freedom Carnival' from August 6 to 15 across India, with the exception of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Kerala. Specific deals with maximum rewards of up to Rs 90,000 have been announced for these States to enjoy the festive fervour during the forthcoming Ganesh Chathurthi and Onam holidays.

Apart from the cash and exchange incentive offers, Renault has also launched the 'Buy Now, Pay in 2022' plan for the purchase of Kwid, Triber, and Kiger. Under this plan, a consumer may choose a new Renault now and begin paying EMIs after 6 months.

Renault was also one of the first automakers in India to start the 'ReLIVE' scrappage programme. Customers wanting to trade in their end-of-life vehicles for a new Renault may take advantage of this programme, which is said to offer the best scrappage value thanks to the company's added scrappage incentives.

Renault has successfully completed 10 years in India and has over 7 lakh, happy customers.
