Yamaha FZ update spy shot image gallery
Yamaha's FZ is all set to get a revamp soon and we have caught it testing many times. OVERDRIVE reader Mohit Bhardwaj has sent us extensive and close-up images of this highly anticipated new motorcycle. With a launch date around August this year, the new FZ takes on the upcoming Suzuki Gixxer, Trigger and Apache RTR series.

The new air scoops were seen on the FZ-S concept displayed at the expo
The head lamp unit has been slightly tweaked and the indicators now also are clear lens
Notice the missing kick starter and new body panels around it
The instrument cluster is a new unit while the tank is also more lithe now
The exhaust can is new and the rear tyre hugger is a new unit as well
The grab rail has been reworked and is now a split unit. The number plate holder and the tail lamp are also new
