Volkswagen Tiguan Exclusive edition launched, priced at Rs 33.49 lakh
With a starting price of Rs 33.49 lakh, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India debuted the Tiguan Exclusive Edition in the nation (ex-showroom). Pure White and Oryx White are the two colours offered in the new special edition version.
The Volkswagen Tiguan Exclusive Edition includes dynamic hubcaps, aluminium pedals, load sill protection in the back, and 18-inch Sebring Sterling Silver alloy wheels. Additionally available is an "Exclusive Edition" badge for the SUV's boot lid.
Other noteworthy attributes of the Volkswagen Tiguan Exclusive Edition include ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, gesture control, a flat-bottom steering wheel, LED matrix headlamps, eight-inch touchscreen infotainment, six airbags, TPMS hill start assist, and driver alert systems.
The Volkswagen Tiguan comes with a single turbo-petrol option. This is the same 2.0-litre motor producing 190PS and 320 Nm. The engine is paired with a seven-speed DCT while the 4 Motion AWD system should be offered on higher variants. The Tiguan returns an ARAI-certified mileage of 12.65 kmpl.
