Volkswagen has introduced the new 'My Volkswagen' app in India, offering a comprehensive digital experience for both prospective and existing customers. This smartphone app aims to provide a 360-degree experience with a range of services, such as the Volkswagen line-up, schedule test drives, use the 360-degree car visualiser, and book services online. Notably, it is available on for both iOS and Android-based devices.

In addition, the app facilitates service schedules and the online purchase of loyalty products. Plus, users can monitor fuel usage and expenses, calculate service costs and EMIs, and check their pre-owned car for financial transparency and planning. The 'My Volkswagen' app also features location tracking, geo-fencing, time-fencing, and monitoring vehicle health and statistics. Not to mention, customers can locate the nearest dealership, service workshop, and contact road-side assistance in case of emergency.

The users can also connect to the Volkswagen telematics solution for real-time assessment of driving behaviour and performance. However, the customer needs to connect to the Volkswagen telematics solution (dongle) to avail this facility.
