Updated Yamaha 2023 Aerox, R15 V4, MT-15 V2, and R15 S launched; Prices start at Rs 1.43 lakh
Yamaha India has launched the 2023 Aerox 155, R15 V4, R15 S, and MT-15 V2 in India with a slew of updates. These two-wheelers now come with an updated engine, new colours, and even a handful of additional features. Here is all you need to know about Yamaha's 2023 line-up.
2023 Yamaha R15 V4: New colour
The 2023 Yamaha R15 V4 is now available with a new colour scheme, Intensity White. This new paint job is offered in addition to the existing shades, such as Racing Blue, Dark Knight, and Metallic Red. The Intensity White colour model also gets quick-shifter.
Powering the R15 V4 is a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed gearbox. Notably, this motor now complies with OBD2 emission norms. It produces 18.4PS at 10,000rpm and 14.2Nm of torque at 7,500rpm.
2023 Yamaha R15 S: OBD2-compliant engine
The 2023 R15 S also comes with an OBD2-compliant 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed gearbox. This motor makes 18.4PS at 10,000rpm and 14.2Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. Meanwhile, the motorcycle is available in two colour options: Matte Black and Racing Blue.
2023 Yamaha Aerox 155: New feature and colour
For the 2023 Aerox, the most significant update comes in the form of a feature, called Traction Control System (TCS). In addition, the sporty scooter is offered with a new Metallic Silver paint scheme. Yamaha also continues to provide existing three shades: Metallic Black, Racing Blue, and Grey Vermillion.
Yamaha has also updated the 2023 Aerox's 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine to meet the OBD2 emission regulations. It can also run on E20 fuel. This motor delivers 15PS at 8,000rpm and 13.9Nm of torque at 6,500rpm.
2023 Yamaha MT-15 V2: New colours
The 2023 MT-15 V2 is now available with two new paint jobs: Dark Matte Blue and Metallic Black. On top of that, the naked motorcycle continues to offer a Bluetooth-enabled digital cluster, Traction Control System (TCS), and dual-channel ABS.
Powering the 2023 MT-15 V2 is an OBD2-compliant 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed gearbox. This engine generates 18.4PS at 10,000rpm and 14.1Nm of torque at 7,500rpm.
