To ensure that customer experience isn't hindered by the lockdown period, the expiry period for all the after-sales service benefits that haven't expired before 22nd March 2020, have been increased to the same amount of days that India is in lockdown.
These services include
· All service schedules
· Standard Warranty
· Extended Warranty
· Annual Maintenance Contract
· Road Side Assistance
The support has been extended to promote social distancing and to avoid the rush that may occur on restarting operations at the dealership level.
