Mercedes-Benz India to hike prices of cars from 1 January 2023
Mercedes-Benz India has announced a price hike of up to five per cent across its model range effective from 1 January, 2023. The new prices will be applicable to the ex-showroom cost of the selected cars, ranging from entry-level GLA to the top-of-the-line S-Class Maybach.
Mercedes-Benz India Price Hike
From 1 January, 2023, the entry-level GLA 200 and GLA 220d will cost Rs 46.50 lakh and Rs 48 lakh, respectively, while the C200 and C220d will be priced at Rs 57.5 lakh and Rs 58.50 lakh, respectively.
Following are the variant-specific prices of the E-Class, GLE, and S-Class - E200 Exclusive at Rs 72.5 lakh, E220d Exclusive at Rs 73.50 lakh, GLE 300d 4Matic at Rs 88 lakh, GLE 400d 4Matic at Rs 1.05 crore, and S350d at Rs 1.65 crore (all ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Maybach S 580 will cost Rs 2.57 crore (ex-showroom), whereas the Maybach GLS 600 (CBU) will come with a sticker price of Rs 2.92 crore (ex-showroom).
Mercedes-Benz GLB and EQB
The brand recently launched its GLB and EQB in India. The GLB is available in three variants, while the EQB comes with a single trim level, the EQB 300 4Matic. Both SUVs offer an option of a seven-seat layout. The GLB is powered by a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine and 2.0-litre diesel motor, while the EQB comes powered by a 66.5kWh battery pack, providing a claimed range of 423km.
