Aligned with its new strategic direction of business expansion and introducing fresh vehicles to diverse international markets, Mahindra & Mahindra has unveiled the new Global Pik Up concept, derived from the Scorpio-N, at the Futurescape event held in Cape Town, South Africa, on August 15, 2023. This pickup was revealed alongside the Thar.e 5-door variant. Sporting a revolutionary design, the Global Pik Up concept showcases advanced technology and connectivity features.

The anticipated timeline for its global market launch is in 2025, following its debut in India. The initial strategy involves introducing the Global Pik Up in markets where Mahindra is already established, including South Africa. The company envisions a rollout plan that encompasses additional potential markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Central America, Africa MENA, and ASEAN countries, before its eventual introduction in the domestic Indian market.
