The era of naturally aspirated Porsches is at an end. Save the GT3 and GT3 RS, Porsche is downsizing and turbocharging its entire line up in the name of emissions and efficiency. After the 911 range, the Boxster is the next car to receive the turbo treatment. The car receives an all new 2.0-litre turbocharged flat-4 producing 300PS and 320Nm of torque. This is mated to a 6-speed manual or a dual-clutch PDK, with power being sent to the rear wheels. With the engine arranged in a mid-engined rear-wheel drive layout, the Boxster aims to have supreme stability and sublime handling, two characteristics we're very pleased about.
