Ather announces year-end discounts on 450X and 450S
Ather Energy has introduced a new year-end programme, called 'Ather Electric December', designed to offer benefits to customers. With this, the company aims to streamline the transition for EV owners and accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles.

The program includes benefits totalling Rs 24,000, with up to Rs 6,500 in cash benefits. This comprises a base of Rs 5,000 under 'Ather Electric December', supplemented by an additional Rs 1,500 in corporate offer benefits. These offers are applicable to Ather's electric scooters, the 450X and the 450S, until 31 December, 2023.
Further, the Bangalore-based start-up is also offering provides a financing plan with an interest rate of 5.99 per cent per annum, enabling possible savings of up to Rs 12,000 on EMI interests. Additional financing options include zero-down payment and 60-month EMI tenure.
The package also includes the complimentary Ather Battery ProtectTM of Rs 7,000, offering a five-year or 60,000km warranty to safeguard the battery. Notably, it claims to ensure a 70 per cent State-of-Health (SoH) guarantee.
Ather 450X and 45S: Highlights
The 450X stands as Ather's flagship scooter is available with two battery options, 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh. It provides a certified range of 150km with a top speed of 90kmph. The key features of the e-scooter include park assist, auto hold, fall safe function, and a seven-inch TFT touchscreen integrated with Google Maps, among others.
On the other hand, the latest addition to Ather's e-scooter line-up, the 450S, has a certified range of 115km and a top speed of 90kmph. The more affordable offering from the company gets a deep view display, fall safe function, park assist, emergency stop signal (ESS), and coasting regen.
