2023 Triumph Street Triple R, Street Triple RS deliveries to commence on 15 Sept
British two-wheeler marque Triumph has announced the deliveries commencement date 2023 Street Triple 765 R and Street Triple 765 RS in India. It will begin deliveries the motorcycles on 15 September, 2023. The 2023 model year brings a range of updates to the streetfighter duo, inclduing increased power outputs, several additional features, and a few styling changes.
2023 Triumph Street Triple R and Street Triple RS: Engine and performance
Powering the Street Triple 765 R and Street Triple 765 RS is 765cc, inline-three cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The R produces 120PS at 11,500rpm and 80Nm of torque at 9,500rpm, while RS makes 130PS at 12,000rpm and 80Nm of torque at 9,500rpm. The increase in power output has been achieved with a new free-flowing exhaust, revised the gear ratios, tweaked final drive assembly.
2023 Triumph Street Triple R And Street Triple RS: Styling
The 2023 Street Triple R and Street Triple RS bear a familiar design but are now sportier and more aggressive. They get a new fly screen, reshaped fuel tank extensions, a smaller and sculpted fuel tank, and a raised tail section. The R is available in two paint schemes Silver Ice and Crystal White. On the other hand, Triumph offers the RS with three colour options: Carnival Red, Cosmic Yellow, and Silver Ice.
2023 Triumph Street Triple R And Street Triple RS: Equipment and electronics
The 2023 Street Triple twins get a 12mm wider handlebar, cornering ABS, and traction control. On top of that, both comtinues with a bi-directional quickshifter, Showa forks and monoshock, Ohlins monoshock (RS-only), a five-inch TFT console (RS-only), Brembo M4.32 brake callipers with 310mm dual disc brakes (R-only), a 220mm single rear disc brake (R-only), 310mm twin-disc Brembo Stylema brake callipers (RS-only), and a single 220mm rear disc brake (RS-only).
The Street Triple R offers four riding modes: Road, Rain, Sport, and Rider, while the Street Triple RS has five riding modes: Rain, Road, Sport, Track, and Rider. The seat height for the R and RS stands at 836mm and 826mm, respectively.
2023 Triumph Street Triple R And Street Triple RS: Model and trim-specifica Prices
The prices of the 2023 Street Triple 765 R and 2023 Street Triple 765 RS start from Rs 10,17,000 (ex-showroom) and Rs 11,81,000 (ex-showroom), respectively. The previous models of the Street Triple R and Street Triple RS came with a price tag of Rs 9.15 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 11.35 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively. Meanwhile, the R and RS compete against BMW F 900 R, Ducati Monster, and Kawasaki Z900.
