2023 Hero Passion Plus launched in India at Rs 76,301
Hero MotoCorp has brought back the Passion Plus in India. The popular commuter motorcycle now comes with a price tag of Rs 76,301 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Passion Plus features a handful of cosmetic updates with an engine that meet latest emission regulations. At first, the motorcycle was showcased at a Hero's dealer event a couple months ago.
2023 Hero Passion Plus: Design and colours
The Passion Plus has retained more or less the same familiar styling as the previous model. However, there are a few changes. To start with, the Passion Plus gets mildly redesigned headlamp and headlight cowl, reworked taillight, and tweaked pillion grab rail. Hero offers the 2023 Passion Plus with a choice of three dual-tone paint schemes: Sports Red with Black, Black with Heavy Grey, and Black with Nexus Blue.
2023 Hero Passion Plus: Features
The 2023 Hero Passion Plus carries the semi-digital instrument console but it now comes with a phone charging port. Further, the motorcycle gets Hero's i3S system to improve fuel economy. Apart from that, it continues with drum brakes at both ends.
2023 Hero Passion Plus: Engine
Powering the Passion Plus is a 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that now complies with the new BS6 phase-2 (OBD.2) emission norms. This motor produces 8PS at 8,000rpm and 8.05Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. Meanwhile, the 2023 Passion Plus rivals the likes of the Hero Shine 100 and Bajaj Platina 100.
