Hero Xtreme 125R Dual Channel ABS variant launched at Rs 1.04 lakh

The Hero Xtreme 125R has been launched with dual-channel ABS for Rs 1.04 lakh, it gets three ride modes on offer -Power, Road and Eco.

- Powered  by 124.7CC engine that pushes 11.5 PS and 10.5 Nm 
- Gets a TFT dash, ride-by-wire and cruise control
- Three new colours offered with new decals 

The Hero Xtreme 125R uses a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that is coupled to a 5-speed transmission. The engine pushes 11.5 PS at 8,250 rpm and 10.5 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm.

The company claims a 0-60 kmph sprint in 5.9 seconds and a fuel consumption of 66 kmpl. The suspension duties are done by a 37 mm telescopic fork up front and a monoshock unit at the rear. The braking duties are done by 130 mm rotor at the rear and 276 mm rotor up front with ABS and the CBS variant gets a 240 mm drum unit. The bike rides on 17-inch alloys, a seat height of 794 mm, 180 mm ground clearance, a 10-litre fuel tank, and tips the scales at 136 kg.

It gets all LED lighting, sporty muffler cover, ride-by-wire, cruise control, ride modes (Power, Eco and Road), dual-channel ABS, colour LCD display, hazard lamp and is offered in three colours -   Red, Silver, and Green.

The Hero Xtreme 125R locks horns with the likes of the TVS Raider 125, Bajaj Pulsar NS125, and the Honda CB 125 Hornet to name a few.
