2021 Force Gurkha deliveries begin across India
Force Motors has now started deliveries of the 2021 Force Gurkha. The new-gen Gurkha launched in India in late September at Rs 13.59 lakh, with the first units of the 4x4 being dispatched to dealerships for test drives in mid-October. Bookings also began with the launch with the first units now being handed over to owners across India. The Force Gurkha is on sale at select Force Motors dealerships and the off-roader will be catered to with dedicated service bays, customer lounge and company trained technicians. The company will also offer roadside assistance across 6,200 touch points in a tie-up with Auto Europa.

The 2021 Force Gurkha is based on a new C in C ladder frame architecture, on which sits a new body. The 4x4 is powered by a 2.6-litre Mercedes-derived four-cylinder turbo-diesel that pairs with a five-speed manual and puts out 91PS and 250 Nm. The Gurkha sits on independent front suspension and a multi-link rigid live axle suspension at the rear. The heavy-duty offroading kit seen here is the four-wheel drive with a low-ratio transfer case as well as front and rear mechanical differential locks.

Safety features include two airbags, ABS, EBD and speed-sensitive door locks. The 2021 Force Gurkha will be available in five colour options with the options list including R16 alloy wheels, mud-terrain tyres, roof-rack, jerrycan and roof rails.
