Tata Motors set a record of delivering 712 EVs in Goa and Maharashtra

On Saturday, Tata Motors and its dealer partnerships delivered a total of 712 electric vehicles to private customers in Maharashtra and Goa. Tata Motors completed the delivery of 564 Tata Nexon EVs and 148 Tata Tigor EVs in a single day.

Tata Motors is always trying to educate and improve the adoption of electric mobility in India, and he believes that this event will inspire other states to participate and assist India's green wave. The Tata Nexon EV has a range of 312 kilometres on a single charge, with zero emissions, according to ARAI. It has a high-capacity 30.2 kWh lithium-ion battery with a strong and high-efficiency 129 PS permanent-magnet AC motor.

The Tata Tigor EV has a 4-star G-NCAP rating and an ARAI certified range of 306 kilometres on a single charge. It has a lithium-ion battery pack with a 26-kWh high energy density and a peak power output of 76PS and 170 Nm and does 0 to 60 kmph in 5.7 seconds.
