Locally manufactured Jaguar XJ 2.0l petrol launched in India at Rs 93.24 lakh
Jaguar has started local production of the XJ sedan in its 2.0l petrol form. The locally manufactured Jaguar XJ petrol is priced at Rs 93.24 lakh ex-Mumbai. The new XJ long wheelbase Portfolio model comes with a range of interior and exterior enhancements.
The highlight of the XJ petrol is its new 2.0l four-cylinder engine which produces 237PS and 340Nm of torque. It comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. This engine is claimed to have low inertia, high pressure fuel injection and twin variable valve timing.
Since the XJ petrol Portfolio is the top-end offering from its luxury lineup, Jaguar has paid special attention to the rear seats. There are new electrically adjustable seats with massage function and three settings, increased headroom and twin 10.2-inch LCD screens at the back of the front seats, soft door close, electric window blinds, LED reading lights and business tables. Jaguar is also offering an 825 watt Meridian audio system.
