KTM updates entire range to meet BS62 emission norms; prices start at Rs 1.79 lakh

KTM India has updated all its motorcycles with a new generation OBD2 equipment, and hence to comply with the BS6 phase 2 emission norms. With this, KTM's Duke, RC, and Adventure range bikes have received a marginal price hike. BS6 phase 2 emission norm came into effect on 1 April, 2023. It emphasises real driving emissions instead of lab testing. Therefore, all vehicles have to be fitted with a new-gen OBD2 (onboard diagnostic) system that monitors real-time emission levels.

2023 KTM Duke Line-up Prices
The bike maker's Duke line-up comprises 125 Duke, 200 Duke, 250 Duke, and 390 Duke. With the OBD2 update, the 125 Duke and 200 Duke now cost Rs 1,78,892 and Rs 1,92,845 (both ex-showroom), respectively. On the other hand, the 250 Duke is priced at Rs 2,38,211 (ex-showroom), while the top-of-the-line streetfighter, the 390 Duke, comes with a sticker price of Rs 2,97,475 (ex-showroom).

2023 KTM RC Range Prices
Like the KTM Duke line-up, the BS6 phase 2-compliant RC 125 and RC 200 RC 390 now cost Rs 1,89,542 and Rs 2,17,696 (both ex-showroom), respectively. Whereas, KTM offers the RC 390 at Rs 3,18,173 (ex-showroom).

2023 KTM Adventure Range Prices
The entry-level 250 Adventure is now priced at Rs 2,46,651 (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the recently launched 390 Adventure X costs Rs 2,80,000 (ex-showroom), while the 390 Adventure costs Rs 3,38,746 (ex-showroom). KTM India recently teased the new 390 Adventure spoked-wheels version. The long-awaited 390 Adventure with aluminium spoked-wheels is has become off-road-focused than the on-sale model.
