Ducati has just launched the new Monster 821 powered by an 821cc Testastretta 11° (The numeric refers to the valve overlap) engine. The Desmodromic valve equipped engine produces 112PS and 89.4Nm of torque at 7,750rpm.

The frame is Ducati's typical steel trellis. Just like Ducati's flagship superbike, the Panigale, the new Monster 821 uses mounting points on the engine head. The bike is also equipped with a slipper clutch. Loaded with Ducati's latest tech gizmos, the new Ducati Monster 821 is a giant leap from its predecessors, the Monster 795 and 796 that will be replaced by the new Monster 821.

The Ducati Monster is available in India at Rs 9.59 lakh (ex-Delhi). Here are the images of the latest Italian Monster in town.
