BMW India launch the new X5 xDrive SportX Plus variants at Rs 77.90 lakh

BMW India launched the new BMW X5 xDrive SportX Plus variants today. The BMW Plant in Chennai produces the new BMW X5 xDrive30d SportX Plus and BMW X5 xDrive40i SportX Plus which can can now be booked via the BMW online shop.

The BMW X5 xDrive30d SportX Plus is priced at Rs 79.50 lakh while the BMW X5 xDrive40i SportX Plus is priced at Rs 77.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

The distinctive front is dominated by the ideal BMW one-piece hexagonal kidney grille, sculptured bonnet, and low overhangs. Because of their strong posture, the front LED headlights and LED fog lamps provide a firm and dramatic image on the road. The 3D wrap-around LED taillights that stretch far into the sides, continue this look to the back. Roof rails in satin-finish metal provide the ideal balance of aesthetics and utility.

In a very athletic atmosphere, the cabin features an excellent degree of comfort and functionality. Comfort is enhanced by features such as a Sports Leather Steering Wheel, electronic seat adjustment with memory function and an external mirror package. The BMW X5 xDrive30d's three-litre six-cylinder diesel engine generates 269PS and 620 Nm of torque. The BMW X5 xDrive40i's three-litre six-cylinder petrol engine generates 345PS and 450 Nm of torque. The petrol variant accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.5 seconds.

BMW Gesture Control, BMW Display Key, BMW Head-Up Display, and Wireless Apple CarPlay Android Auto are just a few of the BMW ConnectedDrive technologies that continue to push the boundaries of automotive innovation. The BMW Live Cockpit Professional concept, which runs on the newest BMW Operating System 7.0, has 3D Navigation, a high-resolution instrument cluster behind the steering wheel, a 12.3-inch screen and a 12.3-inch control display.

Six airbags, Attention Assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with Cornering Brake Control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor, ISOFIX child seat mounting, and an integrated emergency spare wheel under the load floor are among the BMW safety technologies.
