2022 Renault Kwid MY22 launched at Rs 4.49 lakh (ex-showroom)
Renault India today launched the 2022 Renault Kwid MY22, which comes with enhanced features and starts at Rs 4.49 lakh.
The all-new Renault Kwid MY22 is available in both 0.8-litre and 1.0-litre SCe powertrain options with both manual and automatic transmission options. The 0.8-litre engine returns a claimed 22.25 kmpl as per ARAI testing certification.
In the Climber range, the Renault Kwid MY22 has a stunning new interior and exterior colour harmony with sporty white highlights. Silver streak LED DRLs are also included. Customers will be able to choose from a variety of new colour options, including Metal Mustard and Ice Cool White with Black Roof in Dual Tone, as well as new dual-tone flex wheels.
The Renault Kwid 8-inch touchscreen MediaNAV Evolution comes with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Video Playback and Voice Recognition – which helps the driver control everything hands-free. It also features a reverse parking camera with guidelines along with electrically adjustable ORVM
The Renault Kwid complies with all current safety regulations for Indian markets. Dual front airbags, ABS and EBD, seat belt reminder, overspeed alert, reverse parking sensors and driver side pyro and pre-tensioner with load limiter are all standard on all models. Seat belt Pyrotech and a load limiter are standard features on the new Renault Kwid MY22 range, increasing the vehicle's safety quotient.
Renault claims that the Renault Kwid has a maintenance cost of around 35 paise per kilometre. It comes with a 2-year / 50,000 km (whichever comes first) factory warranty with a 5-year extension option and an Easy Care package to take care of maintenance needs. At no additional expense, RSA (Roadside Assistance) is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
