2021 Audi e-tron EV SUV spied in India ahead of launch

The Audi e-tron is the first all-electric SUV from the German carmaker and later, we also saw the Sportback derivative of the same that will also be launched here in India. Audi e-tron should be the first all-electric SUV in India to offer two battery pack options - 71 kWh (e-tron 50) and 95 kWh (e-tron 55) while the Sportback will only be offered with the latter.

The exteriors of the e-tron are reminiscent of other Audi SUVs with a large single-frame grille and LED headlights taking the front. Audi e-tron also offers the option of cameras in place of conventional ORVMs but the unit spied wears conventional wing mirrors. On the inside, the e-tron offers the new-age Audi layout and boasts a slew of features. Twin MMI touchscreens take the centre stage and other features like ambient lighting, wireless charging, four-zone climate control, virtual cockpit, panoramic sunroof etc have been offered. Audi India will set up charging points to its dealerships and also bundle a home charger with the SUV.
