Hyundai Ioniq 5 review - is an EV the best premium SUV in India?

In this video, we give you a very close look at the Hyundai Ioniq 5. This EV is Hyundai India’s flagship now and is based on the electric-only E-GMP architecture. The Ioniq 5 is priced at Rs 45.95 lakh being powered by a 72.6 kWh battery pack. This gives it 631 km of ARAI-certified range. A rear-mounted 217PS and 350 Nm motor powers the Hyundai Ioniq 5. It can charge at up to 350kW with its 800V electrical architecture that gets the battery from 10 to 80 per cent in 18 minutes. A 50 kW charger will do this in 57 minutes. An 11 kW AC charger will charge the battery fully in 6 hours 55 minutes. The Ioniq 5 gets features like Level 2 ADAS, LED lighting, auto headlamps and wipers, the fronts seats are heated and cooled as well as have full power adjustment along with a recline function, the rear seats are heated and sliding. There is also dual-zone AC with very detailed climate control functions, sounds of nature, wireless charging, regen modes, drive modes, 8-speaker Bose audio, OTA updates, Blue-link and heated outer mirrors.
