At the Sao Paulo show in Brazil, Honda unveiled its Skoda Fabia Scout competitor, the Fit Twist. Based on the Fit (Jazz) platform, the Twist gets a new grille, different front fascia and matte fenders and satin roof rails. From the look of it, it seems that Honda has also increased the ground clearance. Honda claims that the seat surface material is also exclusive to this car.
Honda has made it clear that the Fit Twist is only for the Brazilian market and will be made there. Though there is no confirmation on this, it is likely that the existing 115PS 1.5-litre engine from the Fit will be used. The Fit Twist starts its Brazilian innings from November 2012.
