Pune-based EV start-up Tork Motors is set to reveal a new electric motorcycle at the upcoming 2023 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The brand currently offers Kratos and Kratos R in the Indian market. Notably, Tork Motors is also scheduled to launch the updated Kratos R next month.

Tork Motors all-new electric bike

The upcoming electric bike is believed to be a high-end version of the on-sale Kratos. It could offer more features and deliver more power output than the brand's current offerings. In addition, the electric motorcycle may feature a distinctive design.

Updated Tork Kratos R

The Kratos R will receive an update next month that is expected to bring in a few additional features and cosmetic changes. The electric bike is likely to be offered in more colour options than the on-sale model.

Tork Kratos Powertrain

The Kratos and Kratos R utilise an IP67-certified, 4kWh battery pack that is claimed to deliver an IDC (Indian Driving Cycle) range of 180km. However, both variants deliver different power outputs. The electric motor on the standard Kratos produces 7.5kW (10PS) and 28Nm of torque, while the R variant generates a slightly higher power output of 9kW (12PS) and 38Nm of torque.

Tork Kratos Price Hike

The brand has already announced that there will be a price increment of Rs 10,000 for the Kratos and Kratos R from 1 January, 2023. Therefore, the Kratos will cost Rs 1,32,499, while the Kratos R will be priced at Rs 1,47,499 (all ex-showroom after subsidy in Maharashtra).
