The Toyota Land Cruiser FJ is powered by a 2.7-litre, four-cyl, petrol engine that comes mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 160 PS of power and 245 Nm of peak torque. It also gets 4x4 transmission for tackling the off-road obstacles.

The interior features include a multiple layered dashboard, a chunky multi-functional steering wheel, physical buttons for function controls, and a 2.5-inch free-standing infotainment screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic AC, pillar mounted grab handles, and a digital driver's dash to name a few.

It gets chunky bumpers, thick body cladding, flared angular wheel arches, and tail-mounted spare wheel.

The company has scheduled a launch in mid-2026 for the Toyota LC FJ for Japan and it will also be making an appearance at the Japan Mobility Show 2025 on 30 October. We can expect the Land Cruiser FJ to make its way to India but the timeline is yet to be disclosed.
