With the new Skoda Kodiaq, the all-new Skoda Slavia, and the new Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo, Skoda Auto India has had a product bombardment in the first half of 2022. While the product assault ushered in one phase of India 2.0, another, aimed at enhancing customer happiness, has been gaining traction, with the business now having reached 205 plus consumer touchpoints in 123 cities across all four regions of the nation.

Skoda Auto India has 175 touchpoints in 117 cities by the end of 2021, with a goal of 225 by the end of 2022. The rapid success of new releases, on the other hand, has accelerated the expansion, with the firm now seeking to reach 250 touchpoints by the end of 2022. Skoda Auto India will continue to develop fast in India, with ambitions for about 10 plus touchpoints in each zone.

Skoda's main goal with this growth is to enter deep into major market clusters, including both metro and non-metro areas. Skoda will establish its first touchpoints in the eastern area in Nagaland at Dimapur, as well as in Assam in Dibrugarh.

At the same time, Skoda will open touchpoints in Gujarat's Gandidham and Morbi, Haryana's Ambala, Punjab's Amritsar, Telangana's Warangal, Tamil Nadu's Pollachi, Uttarakhand's Haldwani and Kerala's Tirur. Skoda has expanded touchpoints throughout states and regions in 2022, including Bareilly, Meerut, Moradabad, and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh, Karimnagar in Telangana, Dhanbad in Jharkhand, Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh, and many more.

Commenting on the landmark, Zac Hollis, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India said, "While products are our heroes, India 2.0 is also about being closer to our customers on all fronts. By rapidly increasing our customer touchpoints and expanding our network, we have the largest ever-presence of the Skoda brand in India. Not only have we expanded in quantity, but have also focused on quality with our revolutionary digitalised showrooms."
