Expanding its services, Royal Enfield has introduced the 'Royal Enfield Reown,' a dedicated platform facilitating the official buying and selling of used Royal Enfield motorcycles. The brand's earlier trademark of the moniker 'Reown' hinted at this recent development. It had earlier launched the Royal Enfield Rentals, where customers can rent any motorcycle from the brand's line-up.

Under this initiative, Royal Enfield dealerships will oversee registration transfers for pre-owned motorcycles. However, customers purchasing these motorcycles through EMI will have to pay a certain premium.

While prices for pre-owned motorcycles are set, the brand promises competitive pricing, taking into account several factors, such as current market rates, service history, product demand, supply, and past repairs, among others. Moreover, Royal Enfield assures buyers with a comprehensive warranty, two free services, and a seven-day return option.

Each pre-owned motorcycle at Royal Enfield Reown undergoes a rigorous inspection of over 200 checkpoints. Any necessary repairs are conducted using genuine motorcycle parts at authorised service centres.

Sellers of Royal Enfield motorcycles through Reown receive benefits such as Rs 5,000 worth of genuine accessories, redeemable upon the next motorcycle purchase. Additionally, Royal Enfield offers an exchange program for customers trading their non-Royal Enfield motorcycles for a new Royal Enfield. To facilitate purchases, partnerships with banks like HDFC and IDFC offer varied finance options to prospective customers.
