Range Rover Evoque launched in India, priced at Rs 67.90 lakh

JLR India has officially introduced the new and improved Range Rover Evoque in India. The new Range Rover Evoque is priced at Rs 67.90 lakh. The new model receives an exterior redesign and an interior makeover inspired by the full-size Range Rover. The entry-level SUV from Range is available in a single Dynamic SE variant with two powertrain options to choose from.

2024 Range Rover Evoque: Design and Interiors

On the outside, there are just minor aesthetic alterations. The design features include a trapezium-shaped meshed front grille, Pixel-1 LED headlights, trademark LED DRLs, and a revised bumper. The side and back profiles have remained largely unchanged. It also receives two new exterior colours, Corinthian Bronze and Tribeca Blue.

The interior of the Evoque has a new 11.4-inch curved glass infotainment panel with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The touchscreen device, which runs JLR's latest-generation Pivi Pro interface, now integrates all fundamental functions, including temperature settings. The revised centre console also features a new gear lever.

In addition to these features, the Evoque now has a new PM2.5 air filtration system, two-zone climate control, heated and ventilated front seats, a 3D-surround camera, and Amazon Alexa 10 voice commands. There is also a remote app that allows remote locking and unlocking and interior pre-conditioning.

2024 Range Rover Evoque: Powertrains

The Range Rover Evoque, available in Dynamic SE, has two powertrain options: a 2.0-litre petrol engine with 250PS and 365 Nm torque, and a 2.0-litre Ingenium diesel engine with 204PS and 430 Nm. Advanced mild-hybrid electric (MHEV) technology enhances efficiency and responsiveness by accumulating energy during braking and deceleration.
