On the back of the popularity of the all-new Nissan Magnite, Nissan India has announced a total sale order for 3209 cars for August 2021. In August 2020, the Nissan and Datsun ranges had a domestic wholesale of 3209 cars, up from 810 in August 2019, a 296 percent increase.

With over 60,000 total reservations, the recently released all-new Nissan Magnite has had a fantastic reaction from customers since it comes with the lowest-in-class maintenance cost of just 30 paise/km (for 50,000 km). A 2-year (50,000 km) warranty provides peace of mind, and it may be extended for up to 5-years (100,000 km) for a minimal cost. Nissan customers may arrange services and check costs online using the Nissan Service Cost Calculator, which is available through Nissan Service Hub or Nissan Connect, ensuring complete transparency and backed by Nissan's 24/7 Roadside Assistance.

Nissan also offers the Nissan Cost Calculator, Nissan 'Book a Service,' and Nissan 'Pick-up & Drop-off' services as part of its service network. Nissan Roadside Assistance is also accessible in 29 states and over 1500 localities, with a multilingual contact centre operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist clients.

Furthermore, Nissan's Shop@Home allows customers to visit a virtual showroom and virtually test drive any Nissan vehicle available for sale in the country, as well as personalise the vehicle, assess the trade-in value of an existing vehicle, calculate and compare EMIs, and apply for financing before booking the vehicle. Nissan's Shop@Home programme provides clear and easy-to-use end-to-end automobile digital customer service from the comfort of your own home.

Rakesh Srivastava, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Ltd. "With the start of the festive season, customer sentiments are positive with increasing inflow of bookings, the challenge is on the supply side with shortages & increased lead time of semi-conductors supply impacting the availability of vehicles. We foresee this challenge to continue during the coming months while we continue to work with the supply chain in an endeavour to deliver more Nissan Magnite to customers so that they can enjoy the game-changing SUV at the earliest, while we continue to focus on customer experience strengthening the network by increasing the capacity and capability."
