New BMW X3 xDrive 20d M Sport introduced at Rs 69.90 lakh
German automaker BMW has expanded the X3 line-up in India with a new trim, called the X3 xDrive 20d M Sport. This top-rung variant comes with a sticker price of Rs 69.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and is costlier by Rs 2.60 lakh than the on-sale X3 xDrive 20d Luxury Line. Meanwhile, the X3 is also available in two petrol trims: xDrive 30i SportX Plus and xDrive 30i M Sport.
New BMW X3 xDrive 20d M Sport: Design
The new X3 xDrive 20d M Sport features M-specific design elements over the X3 xDrive 20d Luxury Line. To start with, it gets distinctive bumpers, roof rails and window frame in gloss black, light alloy wheels, door sills with model-specific lettering, M badges on the fenders, and exhaust tips finished in chrome.

The interior also boasts a few M parts, such as an M leather steering wheel, M-spec pedals, and an instrument cluster with M-specific graphics. Other features include a Harman Kardon surround sound system, a 12.3-inch driver display, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The new trim carries the same features as the other trims, such as dynamic damper control, performance control, adaptive LED headlights, six colours ambient light, three-zone temperature control, cruise control, and multi-drive modes (Ecopro, Comfort, Sport, and Sport+).
New BMW X3 xDrive 20d M Sport: Powertrain
The X3 xDrive 20d M Sport is powered by a 1,995cc, four-cylinder, twin-scroll turbocharged diesel engine generating 190PS at 4,000rpm and 400Nm of torque between 1,750rpm and 2,500rpm. This motor comes mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
