Mercedes-Benz introduce Edition 55 package on the Mercedes-AMG A35 and Mercedes-AMG CLA35
The Edition 55 option, which adds a distinctive look and increased standard equipment to the Mercedes-AMG A35 and Mercedes-AMG CLA 35, is now available to customers. The Edition 55 variant was last seen in the Mercedes Benz G63 to celebrate 55 years of AMG.
Both the Mercedes-AMG A35 and Mercedes-AMG CLA 35 Edition 55 come with a standard AMG aerodynamics kit, which the company claims increases driving dynamics and performance. A redesigned front apron, a bigger front splitter, and a massive rear wing are all part of the package. The car's athletic appearance is further enhanced with side spoiler lips.
The top-tier Night Package adds gloss black trim to the front splitter, trim components, external mirrors, outer air intakes, and window sills on the two automobiles. The tailpipes, wings, boot lid, front grille and model emblems are all completed in black. A pair of 19-inch AMG alloy wheels in matte titanium grey paint with a high-sheen rim flange finish completes the appearance.
There won't be any mechanical changes made to the car. This means it will feature the same 2-litre turbo 4-cylinder producing 305PS and 400 Nm of torque.
On the inside, the sill panels have a silver finish with a red AMG emblem that complements the door cards and seat inserts. The rest of the inside is finished in brushed aluminium and black, including the "Edition 55" steering wheel, which has a Dinamica microfiber cover with black stitching.
