Maserati MCPura and MCPura Cielo launched in India, starting at Rs 4.12 Crore
The Maserati MCPura (coupe) and MCPura Cielo(convertible) have been officially launched in India with a starting price of Rs 4.12 crore(ex-showroom). The new MCPura is powered by a powerful V6 engine and features several premium options.

- 630PS twin-turbo V6 "Nettuno" engine
- Convertible hardtop roof, revised aerodynamics.
The exterior of MCPura Cielo retains the sculpted lines and stance of the MCPura coupe with the addition of a retractable glass roof. The car's design features sharp creases, haunches, and aerodynamic detailing. The front panel carries a signature Maserati grille, LED headlamps and air intakes. The rear of the car strikes a diffuser, quad tailpipes and integrated aero elements. In terms of colour choices and trim details, it is likely to be similar to global MCPura options, with premium features and bespoke personalization available to Indian customers via Maserati's "Fuoriserie" program.
The car is powered by a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 "Nettuno" engine, which delivers 630PS in the Indian spec. This will align with the global MCPura's output, which is approximately 629.61 PS. The motor includes a pre-chamber ignition(inherited from Maserati's race technology lineage).
The company claims that the car is expected to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 320 kmph, and Maserati aims to retain its handling and balance. The interior of the car is equipped with Alcantara, Nappa leather, carbon fibre and optimal custom trim - a driver-oriented cockpit with a digital instrument cluster and configurable displays. It also offers a large central infotainment touchscreen, as well as comprehensive connectivity options (Apple CarPlay / Android Auto / Maserati Connect), climate control, and ambient lighting with convertible-compatible systems. In terms of safety and driver assist features, it offers adaptive cruise, parking sensors, and surround cameras.
Deliveries are expected to begin in select major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, through Maserati's existing dealers. The optional additions, import duties and customization will increase the on-road price depending on the buyer's choice.
In India, the MCPura Cielo doesn't have direct rivals, but it will be compared to the Ferrari Portofino, Aston Martin Vantage Roadster, and Lamborghini Huracán Evo Spyder.
