- Powered by a 162cc single cylinder engine that pushes 19 PS and 15.5 Nm
- Features dual-channel ABS, Supermoto mode, and all LED lighting
- It has a top speed of 118 kmph

The KTM RC 160 is powered by a 162cc, liquid cooled, SOHC engine that is coupled to a six-speed gearbox featuring assist and slipper clutch. The engine pushes 19 PS at 9500 rpm and 15.5 Nm at 7500 rpm. The company also claims a top speed of 118 kmph.

In terms of rider aids, the KTM RC 160 comes equipped with dual-channel ABS with Supermoto Mode, LCD instrument cluster, CAN-enabled electronic system, navigation support (TA variant only), all-LED lighting system, and electronic fuel injection to name a few.

The engine is nestled in a trellis frame with full-faired sport design suspended by a 37 mm USD forks up front and a monoshock rear suspension. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres (110/70-17 front, 140/60 R17 rear). And braking duties are handled by a large 320 mm rotor up front and a 230 mm disc at the rear.

The KTM Duke 160 tips the scales at 147 kg, we can expect the RC to weigh around 150 kg because of the fairing and other components. The Duke 160 also gets a TFT dash, that has not happened with the RC 160. It has a fuel tank capacity of 13.75-litres, which is 3-litres more than the Duke 160.

The KTM RC 160 locks horns with the Yamaha R15 and Hero Karizma XMR 210 to name a few.
