Isuzu Motors India has begun recalling the D-Max V-Cross pickup to fix a glitch in the ECU. Several customers have reported a blip or a jerk caused by a misfire at the 1,800rpm mark â€" an issue we've faced too. To fix this problem, Isuzu will rework the ECU map to offer better low-end torque. However, there will be no change to the peak power and torque figures. According to a customer, Isuzu will also be fixing an issue with the D-Max V'Cross' rear leaf springs which have a tendency to clatter when driven over bad roads.

It gets a five-speed manual transmission with a shift on the fly, four-wheel drive system. According to Rishaad's review, the "Isuzu D-Max V-Cross offers an honest yet enjoyable old-school SUV feel with the conveniences and luxuries we expect from our cars today."
