The updated Tata Tigor has been launched in India at Rs 5.20 lakh, ex-showroom. To make it more appealing and also to put stronger competition against the market leaders in the compact sedan segment, Tata Motors has tweaked the design with subtle updates that do not look too distinct from the previous offering. The cabin too has been updated with better trim quality and more importantly a touchscreen infotainment system. The powertrain options remain unchanged wherein Tata Motors is also offering an AMT version on its XZ variant. The new Tigor is being offered in five variants - XE, XM, XZ, XZA and XZ+.
