2026 Kawasaki Z1100 launched at Rs 12.79 lakh
The 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 has been launched at Rs 12.79 lakh, gets updated tech, new electronics and Sugomi styling.

The Kawasaki Z1100 is powered by a 1099cc, liquid-cooled, in-line four engine that is coupled to a six-speed transmission. The engine pushes 136 PS at 9,000 rpm and 113 Nm of peak torque at 7,600 rpm. The engine sits in a twin-tube aluminium frame and it tips the scales at 221 kg. It has a ground clearance of 125 mm, a saddle height of 815 mm, a 17-litre fuel tank capacity, and a wheelbase of 1,440 mm.
The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with a 310 mm dual disc on the front wheel and a 260 mm single rotor at the rear for braking duties. The suspension components comprise of a 41 mm USD fork up front and a horizontal back link gas charged monoshock at the rear. The front suspension has a travel of 120 mm and the rear section has a travel of 136 mm.
Noteworthy mentions include Sugomi design, 5-inch TFT dash, Bluetooth tethering, electronic cruise control, a bi-directional quickshifter, cornering management function, traction control(three modes), assist and slipper clutch, electronic throttle valves, power modes, and ant-lock brake system to name a few.
The closet rival to the Kawasaki Z1100 is the Honda CB1000 Hornet SP which retails at an ex-showroom price of Rs 13.29 lakh.
