2025 Indian Scout range launched at a starting price of Rs 12.99 lakh
The 2025 Indian Scout series has been launched at a starting price of Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and the top model will set you back by Rs 16.15 lakh.
In terms of engine, the Indian Scout can be divided into two halves, the Scout Sixty series has three bikes that house a 999-cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine that comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. The engine pushes 85 PS and 88 Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, the rest five bikes use a 1250-cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine that comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. This engine churns out 105 PS and 108 Nm of peak torque.
The bikes are offered in three trims - Standard, Limited and Limited + Tech. The base trim gets features like analogue gauge, keyed ignition and ABS as standard on all trims. The Limited trim adds cruise control, three ride modes, traction control, and a USB charger. And the top trim offers a four-inch touchscreen dash, on-board navigation, and keyless ignition.
The cycle parts include a 298 mm rotor up front and at the rear performing braking duties. And suspension setup comprises a telescopic unit up front and a dual-shock setup at the rear. The seat height, weight, and ground clearance also varies from model to model. It has a 13-litre fuel tank.
