Jaguar Land Rover India is set to expand the Jaguar F-Type line-up in the country with the addition of the 2021 Jaguar F-Type R-Dynamic Black. This dark-themed version sits in the middle of the F-Type range and prospective owners can now place their bookings across Jaguar Land Rover showrooms or online.

The 2021 Jaguar F-Type R-Dynamic Black is available only with the 5.0-litre supercharged V8 that makes 450PS and 580 Nm via an eight-speed automatic. The three paint options available are Santorini Black, Eiger Grey or Firenze Red which are accompanied by the Black Pack upgrade and 20-inch gloss black alloy wheels. This theme continues on the inside with two interior trim options Ebony with Light Oyster contrast stitching or Mars with Flame Red. Also standard are performance seats with 12-way adjustment. As an added touch, there are monogram patterns on the seat and door trim stitching as well as embossing on the suede cloth wrap for the instrument cluster.

The facelifted Jaguar F-Type can be had with two other engine options. The P300 variant comes with a 2.0 litre turbo four-cylinder that makes 300PS and 400 Nm. The top speed for this version is 250 mph and the 0 to 100 mph time is 5.7s. The top-spec engine is the P575, this uses the same motor as the P450 but with the figures turned up to 575PS and 700 Nm. This version can do 300 kmph and get from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.7s. This is also the only one to get AWD, all others are RWD.

As seen here, the facelifted F-Type gets a fully redesigned front-end, with a larger grille and slim-wide taillamps. The bonnet is more aggressively shaped as well now, while the rear end has been sharpened up further with a new interpretation of the E-Type inspired lights. On the inside, there's a new 10-inch infotainment screen and digital dials among other additions.

Prices for the facelifted Jaguar F-Type start at Rs 97.97 lakh while the standard P450 V8 R-Dynamic is priced at Rs 1.36 crore. Expect the new version to cost around Rs 1.40 crore.
