Tata Tigor petrol automatic launched in India - prices start at Rs 6.39 lakh
Tata Tigor petrol has been launched in India in two trim level - Tigor XMA and Tigor XZA+. The prices for the same are Rs 6.39 lakh and Rs 7.24 lakh ex-showroom Delhi respectively. So far the automatic option is limited to petrol variants, however, it is safe to believe that the diesel will be offered with the convenience of an automatic sometime in the near future.
Tigor Automatic petrol comes equipped with a 7-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play, along with eight-speaker setup by Harman. On the outside the compact sedan gets 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, powered ad electronically folding ORVMs and projector headlamps. And the car will be offered in Blue, Silver, Brown, red, white and Grey.
The engine on offer is a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that puts out 85PS and 114Nm of torque. The engine now comes mated with an optional AMT (automated manual transmission).

Tata Tigor rivals the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Xcent, Ford Aspire and the Honda Amaze.
