Round 2 of the MMSC FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship ended on Sunday at the MMRT track in Sriperumbudur which celebrated its silver jubilee this year.

In the Group B 165cc Open class, TVS Racing's Jagan Kumar finished first on his RTR 160 with little difficulty against fellow competitors such as Rajini Krishnan of Moto-Rev Yamaha and Harry Sylvester of TVS Racing who finished behind him in that order. Jagan swept up a lead by Turn-1 and slowly widened the gap during the race. He was quoted saying, "I had a good start and by the first corner, I was comfortably ahead. However, in the first three laps, I controlled the pace and was prepared to push, but I did not receive much of a challenge."
