Monster Energy Moto GP livery for Yamaha YZF R15 V3, FZ-25 and Cygnus Ray ZR
As a part of Yamaha 's 'The Call of Blue 2.0' campaign, the manufacturer has launched the Yamaha YZF R15 V3, FZ-25 and the Cygnus Ray ZR sporting Monster Energy Moto GP paint scheme as a limited edition.
For the livery, the Yamaha YZF R15 V3 sees a hike of Rs 2,000 and retails at Rs 1.42 lakh. The Yamaha FZ-25, on the other hand, gets a hike of Rs 2,800 and has a sticker price of Rs 1.36 lakh while the Cygnus Ray ZR is priced at Rs 59,028 - which is Rs 1,500 over the standard's cost. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
All the aforementioned Yamaha products only sport the cosmetic update while mechanically remaining the same. The Monster Energy Moto GP livery is mainly a combination of the base colour black with blue highlights on the panels. Also, the motorcycles and scooter boast Monster Energy's graphics along with the ENEOS and Yamalube logos.
The Cygnus Ray ZR gets the same 113cc engine producing 7.5PS and 8.1Nm of torque. The Yamaha YZF R15 V3 continues to be powered by the 155cc engine that puts out 19PS and 14.7Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Following the same theme, the Yamaha FZ-25 also gets no mechanical update and uses a 249cc engine that is good enough for 20.5PS and 20Nm of peak torque. The gearbox on offer is a 5-speed unit.
