Kia India announces 30-day return policy for the Carnival

The Kia Carnival was the second offering from the Korean marque in India and has been a steady seller in the niche it operates in. Kia India has improved the buying experience for Carnival buyers with the addition of the 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme'. As per the new scheme, the Kia Carnival owners will be able to return the vehicle in case of any inconvenience faced in the period of ownership. It is worth noting that the maximum mileage allowed is 1,500 km and the condition of the vehicle should be as good as new. The scheme is only valid for private buyers including ones with financed purchases as well.

Kia India will reimburse 95% value of the vehicle and all Carnival variants benefit from this scheme. Other expenses like dealer charges and taxes will also be reimbursed. However, there are some terms and conditions which the owner has to keep in mind before going for the return policy. As we stated earlier, the vehicle should be in immaculate condition without any damages and shouldn't have covered over 1,500 km in the 30 days. In addition to that, the vehicle should be registered in the original owner's name and the owner has to submit all the ownership documents to the dealership.

Prices for the MPV start from Rs 24.95 lakh, ex-showroom. Kia India launched the Carnival at the 2020 Auto Expo and since then, over 6,200 units of the Carnival minivan are sold.  Kia India curated a new niche with the Carnival in the Indian market, positioning it above the Toyota Innova Crysta. An all-new Kia Carnival has been launched internationally and should make its way to India in due course.
