Toyota offers 70 per cent assured buyback on Hilux
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has announced a special scheme for the Hilux. As a part of this scheme, customers planning to purchase the Hilux can now avail an assured buyback of 70 per cent after three years from the date of purchase or they can choose an EMI option starting from Rs 32,886. These offers are available via Toyota Financial Services.
Toyota Hilux: Highlights
The Hilux features LED projector headlamps with integrated DRLs, fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, an analogue instrument cluster with MID, an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen, a cooled glovebox, leather upholstery, eight-way power adjustable driver seat, connected car features with e-call, smartwatch connectivity, and dual-zone temperature control.
Other features include seven airbags, a hill hold assist, hill descent control, vehicle stability control, traction control, front and rear parking sensors, and a rear-view camera. Further, the Hilux is one of the largest on-sale vehicles in the country. It measures 5,325mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,815mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,085mm. It also has a large bay load area.
Toyota Hilux: Powertrain
Powering the Hilux is a 2.8-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine mated to a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearbox. This motor makes 204PS and 420Nm (with MT) and 500Nm (with AT). Its four-wheel drive system comprises an electronic differential lock and an auto limited-slip differential. The wading capacity of the pickup is rated at 700mm.
