Three-day check-up camps organised by FIAT
FIAT India has organised check-up camps for FIAT owners across the country. The three day camps will be held from September 26 to 28 at 106 sites, specifically the company's showrooms across 91 cities. FIAT owners in Assam, West Bengal and Bihar, though, will have to wait till November for the workshops to be held in their regions.
The 'free' check-up camp allows customers to avail benefits such as a complementary top wash and discounts of up to 20 per cent on spare parts and mechanical repair work.
In a bid to capitalise on the impending festive season and the consequent loosening of purse strings, these camps are also offering customers the opportunity to test drive the recently launched Punto Evo and the yet to launched Avventura.
Nagesh Basavanhalli, president and managing director, FIAT Chrysler India Operations said, "FIAT India will constantly take efforts to reach out to its current and prospective customers with checkup camps. The nationwide checkup camp is a promising way to connect with our existing customer base and reiterate our commitment to them. Through the checkup camps, we will replicate FIAT's global standards in after sales service in India. We have seen a very positive response to all the checkup camps that were concentrated in the past and have therefore decided to come up with one more nationwide camp keeping the need to maintain the car for customer's especially for the upcoming festive season".

FGAIPL will set up free national checkup camps at its exclusive dealerships across India that will start on 26th September and end on 28th September. FIAT exclusive dealership executives will contact existing FIAT customers through text messages and e-mails to inform them about the camps. The 3 day checkup camps are set up at all the exclusive Fiat showrooms in 91 cities of the country. However, the checkup camps in West Bengal, Assam & Bihar will be conducted in November 2014. FIAT Cars reported during this camp to workshop would thoroughly checked for 52 points. A free top wash, with 20% discount on labour and 10% discount on spare parts for work related to Mechanical Repair work would be offered. Customers will also get a chance to take a test drive of recently launched Punto EVO and to book yet to be launched Avventura a contemporary utility vehicle which will make your boring life alive. | |
